Fantastic experience: I was given a 10 class package as a gift from my daughter. Best Gift Ever!F45 is challenging and pushes me, but not past my limits. Modifications are available for the exercises when I need them. I'm already stronger and my endurance has improved over the last few weeks.The trainers are outstanding, offering encouragement and correcting form when needed. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. I enjoy the variety of classes - I have yet to repeat the same routine.I will be continuing with F45- its the best high intensity interval training I have found!

Fantastic experience: This classes kick a**! It is so additive! I haven't workout for about 5 years so the class are extremely challenging for me which makes it so satisifying when I finish a class. Coaches are great! They are very supportive and whenever they see you Re struggling they give you alternatives to the workout to ensure you get the full benefit of your workout. So happy to be working out at this gym.Really recommend it. ????????????

Fantastic experience: Staff is amazing! They’re never aggressive with their motivation, but they are encouraging and the best hype men/women you could ask for. All levels of fitness are in each class and makes it comfortable for anyone

Fantastic experience: AMAZING WORKOUTS! From the ownership, to management, to the trainers, by far the nicest and most knowledgeable staff in the business today. Alyssa, Hector and Nick know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts. You will not leave disappointed! Such a family vibe as soon as you walk in the doors. I highly recommend checking F45 out.
