You can download the Yuzu emulator either from the Discover Store or use an automated installer such as EmuDeck or RetroDeck. For a convenient installation process, we recommend using EmuDeck.
After that, you will need to add some specific files for whatever games you want in order to run them correctly on your Steam Deck.
