Great customer service! The store manager (Mandy), went out ofher way tomake sure fraudulent activity onmy rewards account was fixed. She went above, and beyond especially since itwas not anissue that happened ather store.

I get myhair done here and they are all very kind there! Irecommend going here especially ifyou have thick hair that you want dyed, they donot charge bythe bowl.

The women atthe store were friendly and helpful.. Iwas trying tofind the clenditioner brand tobuy aproduct that was known tohelp with brass. One ofthe gals who helped mewas ahairdresser who insisted that the purple brunettes clenditioner would tone myhair and beperfect. Ifigured she knew better than Iwould soI went with her suggestion and not the one Iinitially went infor. Iapplied itto myhighlighted hair which Iloved and paid good moneyfor, rinsed itoff immediately not even following the 10—15mins the bottle said and thank goodness Idid because myhair ispurple. Myhigh lights are ruined. I’ve washed itmultiple times, even with clarifying shampoo and the purple won’t comeout. Again, the women were nice but I’m devestated that myhair color isruined and Ican’t get itout. Please don’t recommend products you don’t know the outcome ofbecause customers are maybe alittle too trusting ofyour knowledge.… – show
