I am extremely frustrated....

  1. On 1/1, I tried upgrading 2 out 3 of my phones online thru AT&T website and my order got cancelled after they were palced. After talking to online rep it was flagged as Fraud. I went to the store and they told me I needed to call the Global Fraud number.
  2. The Same day, I called the number and they are not talking calls and it tells me to fill out fraud form.
  3. Form was filled and yet to hear from anybody via call or email.
  4. Since 1/3, I have been trying to get a hold of ANYBODY to help me with this as the deal to upgrade my 3 phones end today 1-6. Yesterday after talking to a rep online, they told me I was supposed to get a call from somebody to try to help me. The call never came.

This has been an extremely frustrating experience. At this point, I am thinking of switching to a different carrier in order to upgrade my phones with them and get better customer service.

Hello @ATTHelp,

That number doesn’t work! When I call they say “due to the high volume of calls we are not taking any call. Please fill out online form”. That is not helpful whatsoever. I even went to the store and they tried calling today and they get the same message. The Global Fraud number is useless at this time. They aren’t taking anybodys calls.

I have the same exact issue. 5 new lines 4 being ported. Paid for phones new 13 max and can’t activate or return. Corporate store can’t even pull account up anymore even though they created it. Been on the phone for hours and in store, fraud line doesn’t do anything (nobody’s there) fraud email, don’t get a response. It’s a complete disaster!!

Same issue they can’t resolve. Let me know if you get a resolution because another day or so I will do a charge back and take legal action for ported numbers for my business they somehow ported over but phones won’t activate.

Same issue here. 5 days of online, phone, chat, and in store help finally leads to contact fraud department. But no one actually at fraud department. Never had issues like this at TMobile.

There were multiple attempts from someone ordering iPhones on my account with one order going through successfully after customer support assured me all orders had been successfully cancelled. I received tracking information for the order to a random New Jersey address. I am in another state ACROSS THE ENTIRE COUNTRY. Customer support said it was too late to cancel the order. I even called FedEx and put a return to sender order on the shipment but it did not go through in time to stop the delivery. Multiple chats and phone calls with customer support … frigging running in circles. I called fraud dept and filled out online form … crickets. This is beyond ridiculous. This should not be this hard. There should be immediate resolution to these situations. They should be involving local law enforcement where the phones are being delivered. If this is not resolved today, I will be moving my five lines to another carrier. Shame on you, AT&T.
